| a) We (being Perfect Level Ltd trading as “Justactive.co.uk”) do not act as an agent for the tour operators and other travel companies found on this website (the “Suppliers”) in the sense that we do not take customer’s money on their behalf or act as go between in any issues relating to your holiday. When you make a booking via the Justactive.co.uk website (the “Site”) the contract will be between the Supplier(s) and you, Justactive.co.uk is not party to the contractual relationship. The Supplier is responsible for issuing tickets and other travel documents and providing the purchased products and services. As you contract will be with them according to their own terms and conditions, we urge you to check these carefully before you book. |
| (b) Justactive.co.uk do not accept any liability for, or warrant the quality and standard of any of the holidays that you are sold by the Suppliers and specifically, Justactive.co.uk is not liable for any injury and/or damage to persons or property occurring during or as a result of any holiday or travel related service purchased as a result of enquiries made through this website. |
| c) We rely on the Suppliers featured on this site to provide information about their products and services. We cannot assume responsibility for this information and we have to disclaim all liability in respect of such information. Please check the information fully with the holiday provider when they contact you. Any prices appearing on this website are for guidance only. Final prices need to be confirmed with the Suppliers. |
